Is Peacemaker worth watching it?

After watching “The Suicide Squad” twice, I was very excited about the release of “Peacemaker” on HBO MAx starring John Cena, Freddie Stroma, Jennifer Holland, Steve Agee and more. The DC-Comics show was officially released on January 13th 2022. Along with its first-three- episodes.

I will try my best not to spoiler alert “bomb” you but if I do, I’ll let you know when.

I watched the first three episodes of “Peacemaker” yesterday and let me tell you, if it is worth it or if it was a waste of time.

I really liked that the first episode started from the aftermath of “The Suicide Squad”.

I really liked the first three episodes, the fourt on was released on January 20th.

I cannot wait to see more of it!

I really like the intro-sequence of this HBO-show.

This series is a James Gunn fiesta.

I really liked how the show introduced us to less known DC-Comics- characters. I really liked how in an episode Peacemaker mentioned some characters from “The Suicide Squad”.

I can’t wait to see how the *spoiler Alert* Butterfly Project will turn out!

I am also very curious if Amanda Waller, will be able to convince a certain person to switch the sides….

I really liked John Cena as peacemaker, he was funny and some of the lines he said were too good to not to burst into laughter just perfect for that role. The last cena movie I watched was “Vacation Friends” and that one was very entertaining as well. but I will say this: if you don’t like gore and vulgarity, you might not like this show.

In my opinion “Peacemaker” was worth watching and was a good prequel the show.
