Today, the mini series by Marvel of Groot was finally released on Disney Plus and it was too cute!
This mini series has five episodes in its first season. This mini series starrs Vin Diesel and Bradley Cooper. It was directed and written by Kirsten Lepore (Cartoon Network’s “Adventure Time”).
This is an Adventure/Sci-Fi/Comedy/Animation mini series.
Onto the premise: A series of shorts featuring the seedling Groot along with several new and unusual characters.
This is the best series of shorts revolving around Groot that Disney + has made this year. I especially loved the part where he exclaimed “It’s Grooting time” and massacred an entire planet of cute, vegetarian aliens. This Truly is the spiritual successor to Game of thrones, it has it all. It is the of all time.
And guys, atleast we must agree with a fact that Baby Groot is a naughty and funny character and the series makes sense in that point of view.
The animation looks very good and realistic. My only question is: what’s the point of these shorts? VFX overwork is already a thing, I hope this was worth it..
I really liked those subtle references to LGBTQIA+.. see picture below
Overall I really liked it but I do wish it was longer than 3-5 minutes. Still it’s “worth a watch”.
