A few weeks ago, I was talking about this movie in my August Watchlist episode of my podcast, “Movie Reviews With Ceren”.
This movie was released on August 19th 2022. It is a Thriller and an Action and starrs Vinnie Jones (“Law & Order”), Lina Lecompte (2021 reboot of “Charmed”), James Clayton (“The 100th”), Glenn Ennis ( CW’s “Riverdale”), just to name a few. It was directed by James Clayton. This movie has a runtime of 1h and 21 minutes. This movie was rated R for violence.

Onto the premise: After stealing millions in cash from sadistic mob boss Temple’s drug-dealing hideout, a thief finds a stowaway in his getaway car: Temple’s pregnant wife, Mia. Desperate to reclaim his cash, and his unborn son, Temple sends out a squad of hit men and bounty hunters to bring in Mia and the thief. Speed, cleverness, and good aim give the duo a brief advantage, but how long will their luck hold out?
This is one of the better Vinnie Jones films out of everything that’s been released over the past decade. He does “Vinnie Jones” in this pretty well. In a lot of the others he seems to force the character. What else is he going to do? He’s been typecast into the role.
Aside from nothing being original, from the script, the soundtrack, and the cinematography, it at least was a smooth ride from beginning to end. There were no noticeably huge plot holes, and the continuity of the film seemed bang on.
Not too deep, paced to keep me interested, I guarantee you’ve seen worse.
The acting is all good! In particular, the weaving of the story content is no joke!

The lead action actor reminds me of a serious Ryan Reynolds type, there is a Frenchman who is tracking him whose fun. Simple Plot, Simple Action, Simple Fun…. Oscars material no, but if you like B action flicks and or Vinnie Jones this ones just fine!
Overall I liked it and I would recommend it if you like Action Movies with some really cool camera angles.
This is a movie I would definitely recommend! The story is impressive in many ways!
