This movie was another highly anticipated one for me.
This movie starrs Josh Brener (Netflix’s “Love,Death + Robots”), Lil Rel Howery (“Spin Me Round”), Asif Ali (“Don’t Worry Darling”), Jessica Lowe (“Bob’s Burgers”), just to name a few.

This movie was released on October 7th 2022. It is rated R for sexual content, language, drug use and crude.
This movie is a Comedy.
Onto the premise: Two best friends who break up with their girlfriends at the same time, subsequently deciding to move in with each other.
While this movie has good overall production and actors, the script is too weak to deliver anything but bland scenes we’ve seen before and humor written by an elderly producer that has “always worked,” which of course makes it drum-roll unfunny in 2022. The story is the same as always too, beginning with the Odd Couple scenario, but less funny, moving on to the “Bad Boys” routine, but tame and mundane, then finally the CW version of character growth. Even Mr. Dogg’s appearance didn’t save this trite muck, so I’d definitely avoid this movie if you have a life.
